Riesling

Descriptors:  Crunchy green apples, spiced baked apples, quince, orange, lime, passion-fruit, honey, mineral notes and toast.

Thriving in cool climates, such as Germany and Alsace, and a warmer climate,

such as Australia, the Riesling is one of the world's great grapes.  Easy to grow, the many

styles of Riesling can be dry to intensely sweet.  Clean, crisp and refreshing, Riesling has vivid fruit

flavors and lively acidity, and has the potential to age well.  With age, it develops into a rich,

buttery and complex wine.  Riesling can be served with a wide variety of foods, it leaves the palate

cleansed and refreshed.
